Our Coconut Black Vinegar is manufactured without pasteurization using organic coconut sap and juruh hitam, which is produced after processing coconut sap to a specific degree of sugar content.
Three steps make up the production process of coconut black vinegar. Processes of fermentation, blending, filtering, and browning. Balsamic style coconut black vinegar products can take anywhere from 12 months to 4 years to produce. Our coconut vinegar is not the mother of anything.
Only raw, previous batch vinegar starters are used in our process for making coconut vinegar. The fermentation of coconut sap into ethanol and the oxidation of ethanol into coconut vinegar are the two basic steps in the production of coconut vinegar.
