As a soy sauce substitute, coconut aminos sauce is a highly well-liked product. Coconut sap is fermented and combined with fresh sea salt to produce coconut aminos (unrefined seasalt). Because it has a significantly lower sodium concentration than table salt, raw sea salt was chosen as the raw material. About 80% of table salt’s sodium concentration can be found in raw sea salt. Our coconut aminos have a total salt concentration of only 70 mg/5 ml. Our coconut aminos are completely pure and prepared without any thickener (hidden ingredients). No corn starch, no tapioca starch, no xanthan gum, or any other thickening agents were used.

Furthermore, we have a product made from organic coconut aminos sauce called coconut aminos sauce basic color (cloudy white). The color is what sets basic coconut aminos apart from normal. For this product, we don’t use the browning process; nonetheless, other processes, including fermentation, follow the same steps as coconut aminos.
