Our Story
In January 2017, Aris Purbo Nugroho founded Kayutama Agro, which is located in Jember, East Java. Originally known as CV. Kayutama Wood Flooring, CV. Kayutama Agro is a company that specializes in the processing of Teak, Rosewood, and Wooden House Hardwood Flooring & Decking. Due to the key partners and mentor of CV.Kayutama wood flooring filing for bankruptcy in 2010, all of their assets were confiscated by the bank at the beginning of 2011. This directly affects how CV.Kayutama wood flooring functions. Following efforts to recover, the company that was also harmed by the bankruptcy finally filed for bankruptcy in 2011 as well.
Because it was impossible to start the business, the founder tried to recoup by seeking a new work. The Founder joined PT. Bening Big Tree Farms Bali in December 2011, and the management gave him the go light to open the company’s first site outside of Bali. The entrepreneur received a new offer to launch a new organic company in 2013 after successfully pioneering the operation of the facility. It was a very difficult task to establish a new facility and operation on my own from scratch, but with the CEO’s help, I was able to complete all of the operational and non-operational tasks. The founder worked as a supply and development (R&D) manager throughout his or her career.
The founder was effectively creating products, totaling 41 different varieties. After formally resigning in September 2016, CV. Kayutama Agro was launched in 2017. Natural Whole Cane Sugar, Natural Whole Cane Syrup, and Natural Mollases were our first offerings (sulphur free). This product was supplied to many Indonesian manufacturers. We decided to add a new product at the end of 2017, which we are calling a coconut sap-based product.
The Company
Every lengthy journey we’ve taken has taught us something. We struggled as a young company, but it won’t stop us from developing the best line of coconut sap-based products. Concentration, Resolve, Commitment, Passion, Practice, Hard Work, and Love.
Our Partners
We are aware that our farmers are key collaborators. The primary raw ingredient for our products, organic coconut blossom nectar sap, was provided to us by the growers. We appreciate the 475 farmers that collaborated with us in order to achieve the required coconut sap quality grade.

CV. Kayutama Agro is USDA NOP certified by the Control Union. USDA NOP ensures that the organic food products manufactured and exported from our factory premises have met the organic conditions stipulated under the US National Organic Program.
Our company sources the raw materials from organic certified estates, and then produces the finished product without any non-organic contamination. We have implemented a procedure to conduct traceability of all our organic batches.
EU Organic
CV. Kayutama Agro is EU Organic certified by the Control Union. EU Organic ensures that the organic food products manufactured and exported from our factory premises have met the organic conditions stipulated under European Union Standards.

ISO22000:2018
CV. Kayutama Agro is ISO22000:2018 certified by RIR Certification. ISO22000 ensures that the food products manufactured and exported from our factory premises are fit for human consumption.
Our rigorous control framework, including the HACCP plan, the prerequisite programs, interactive communication and system management, coupled with external audits from the RIR Certification, creates confidence with global clients on the quality of our products.
Non-GMO
Our Products is organic and non GMO, which means there is no chemicals nor preservatives added, and there is absolutely no genetic modification.
Vegan
We guarantee that all of our products are vegan, containing no animal ingredients or animal by-products, using no animal ingredient or by-product in the manufacturing process, and not being tested on animals.
